After interviewing a number of turf companies, we agreed that Pure Turf was the best option. Their representative Alon was terrific , as wasthe office staff.Now for the good part. The lawn looks amazing. We had different contours than most of our neighbors and the finished product was amazing The compliments don't stop.Awaiting the report from SNWA, regarding rebates, but expect everything to pass with flying colors

Save yourself the time and go with Pure Turf USA!We bought a new house two months ago, and the process was exhausting and lengthy. We really wanted to finish the backyard as well. We got four estimates from different companies and felt completely drained.By chance, my husband passed by a house on our street that Pure Turf was renovating, and we asked the project manager there if we could get an estimate. He passed our number to the office, and within 20 minutes, the amazing Yesenia called us and scheduled a same-day appointment.Alon came to our home, and we immediately felt comfortable with him. His honesty and professionalism exceeded our expectations.Right then, we agreed to go with him, even though his price wasn’t the lowest, but it was fair.Four days later, they started the work and finished the backyard in two days. We were truly surprised and pleased with the results, and the customer service experience was incredible.After the work was completed, I realized there were a few extra things that other companies wanted to charge me for. I highly recommend Pure Turf USA to anyone Who was looking to get turf in their yard!We are getting married in my backyard in a few weeks and wanted to change from the ugly rockscape to a turf. I had several quotes from local companies, I wanted to ensure that I had the best price as well as customer service. From the various reps that came to my house to give me a price, some provided a little to no information about their services, some hardly talked to me, and some were extremely pushy with their services.However, when Shlomi came to my house, I immediately felt comfortable and almost knew right away that I would be going with his company. Every single interaction I had with him was extremely professional and he went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service! I had over 1600 ft.² of backyard changed from rockscape to a beautiful turf and I could not be happier! My backyard is finally beautiful, and something that I want to actually spend time in now. One of THE best experiences I've had as a homeowner. The owner came out on the call for the quote. Extremely friendly, never tried to upsell...just walked me through the process and told me my options. He even went the extra step to do my HOA application AND setup everything for my water rebate through SNWA. He told me three days to complete the job (which I thought was fast) and they finished in TWO days. My yard looks so much better and 1,100 sqft of grass with old papers has been replaced with artificial turf, landscape lighting and block walls around my flower beds. I couldn't be happier. Before you pull the trigger on getting your yard done, I'd recommend getting Pure Turf USA an opportunity. I had three other companies and they were atleast DOUBLE what PureTurf quoted me.

We definitely give Pure Turf USA a 5-Star rating. The process, from beginning to end, was not flawless but I surmise there are often issues to be resolved in such landscape projects.Eric, our assigned salesman and estimator, did an excellent job surveying the property and presenting a completely itemized quote including “options” we wanted to consider. In the course of discussions and choices, he patiently and expeditiously revised and resent the quote several times.The three onsite crew members were punctual, polite and professional, exhibiting great knowledge of the work to be done. The downside was that they spoke little English and could not answer our questions. Numerous times we or they had to contact Eric or their supervisor, or company owner Shlomi for translation and intervention. The upside was that either Eric, the site supervisor, Shlomi, or the girls in the office were always easy to reach during regular business hours. No message machines and waiting for call-backs.One issue of note was that my wife was not happy seeing the workmen lay a single layer of pavers around the trees (like a mini-block wall). She felt the pavers were too low and wanted a higher, nicer looking barrier. Even when the workers understood our request as I demonstrated a double-high wall, they needed permission from the company to proceed. There was also a discrepancy between the color of the pavers we initially requested by way of a photo vs. the color of the pavers that were delivered.In essence, we encountered some misunderstandings and miscalculations leading to minor changes in strategy, product, and scheduling. We’re not giving Pure Turf USA a 5-Star rating because the experience was 100% perfect. We give them a 5-Star rating because everyone in the company without exception maintained a positive and professional attitude; they all listened intently to our needs and concerns, they responsibly addressed our needs and concerns, and they did not consider the job done until they knew we were more than 100% satisfied.I’d merely add that Shlomi adjusted the final balance to fairly reflect the resolutions of any misunderstandings and discrepancies.Never undertake a project like this without getting several quotes, and definitely give Shlomi and Pure Turf USA an opportunity to be part of that process.

I reached out to a couple places, where one had scheduled an estimate a week out but Pure Turf sent Alon same day. He was very friendly and professional to work with. I was looking for pet friendly turf and a retaining wall. He gave me a fair estimate and I agreed to it same day. The crew came out a week later to install and got it done in one day. They did a great job and I'll be using their services again in the future.

From start to finish Pure Turf was very responsive to my feedback for my project. They were quick to respond to my questions and changes and offered me help with my HOA paperwork as well as helping me find the materials that suited my taste the best without trying to upsell me like others I tried working with. Im super happy with how my yard turned out and i'm glad I chose this company for such a big investment. The estimate and drawing was also free which was a big bonus for me. From start to finish everything went exceptionally well. The office is very responsive and helpful! We had a crew of 4 men who removed all grass in the front and backyards. They installed turf and pavers. They were meticulous and VERY hard workers! It was obvious that they take pride in their work, and care about doing a great job. After they finished, they made sure everything was picked up and clean! Super impressive.

The best company definitely. I can't explain how happy and satisfied i am with my backyard. Initially, we contacted 4 company to get the best estimate. 3 of them are licensed and the one didn't have the license. As per recommendation of multiple people to take the one without the license, because it will be "Cheaper" - turned out to be the most expense one (no joke). Out of all Pure turf offered the best price and also they were very honest and on point. Alon from pure came the next day and after checking our backyard and listening to our needs , was able to give us an estimate right away (while other took from 2-5 days).Not in a single moment he tried to push us took take something else or tried to made up some additional cost. After we agreed to take his offer, his team started the work next day and finished everything in 2 and a half days. I was so impressed with the speed. Those guys worked from sunrise to sunset without the brake. One of 4 guys would take a brake while others were continued with the work. At the end they cleaned everything and also offered to plant trees for us. If you need someone to do your backyard, choose Pure turf! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Please LOOK NO FURTHER AND READ THIS if you are going through the tedious task of getting estimates from turf companies. I've received estimates from all the top companies in Vegas, and am so thankful I took the time for the 5th and final estimate with Shlomi at Pure Turf.It was of paramount importance to convert my rental property back and front yard, as the water bills were $200-$550 in Spring/Summer (for a 6k sq ft. property) and I was seeking a new tenant. I needed to find a contractor that followed the SNWA rebate regulations and needed work done ASAP.Multiple companies were coming up with unnecessary "add-ons", like rock and extra trees - which they described " to pass SNWA regulations", which I found out later were OUTRIGHT LIES OR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, estimating up to $16/square foot (with a "30% discount if you book the day of the estimate), and charging outrageous amounts to change the system to drip irrigation. I've worked in timeshare before, and know the sales tactics - if you want to be "timeshared or bullied", go with Big Bully Turf (I think they've changed their name multiple times - wonder why?)Shlomi the CEO accommodated my need for an estimate within 40 minutes of submitting a "Request a Quote" through Yelp. (BTW I work for Yelp - and would also leave a stellar review there if I wasn't an employee). Not knowing who to trust, because I was told so many different things from all estimators, I felt immediately comfortable with Shlomi. He didn't try to upsell me, but actually gave me such an incredible deal that I was unsure if the quality would follow. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! I have never had such quality work done in such a fast turnaround EVER. Shlomi went out of his way to answer all questions about the SNWA and HOA to calm my nerves. He delivered everything he promised and MORE!The pictures speak for themselves. You will see the concrete which they tore out and replaced with turf and pavers and the concrete edging. They also removed two stumps (which other contractors wanted $300 a piece to do) and planted 2 trees in these areas. These were extras that Pure Turf did with the job at no extra cost, which other companies were taking as an opportunity to charge me MORE. The irrigation system replacement, which other companies were charging $1200 for, was a fraction of that.If you want to make the BEST decision of your life, take the time to get an estimate from Pure Turf and trust in their professionalism and quality of work, and HIRE THEM. They provide a Lifetime Warranty on turf which no other company's warranty could compare to.You will see before and after pics below, and some additional pics of an outstanding job:

They worked very fast and fit me in to the schedule as soon as they could. I needed the job done asap and they came over less than a week after contacting them. The workers were very kind and friendly. I have over 2500 sqft and it took them only two days to complete the job. Amazing job!!!

Pure Turf did a great job on our paver project. Tackled an issue we had with footings and breezed right through it. The job took a little longer than planned, but only because of said issue. Clean up took a day or two, but that was because of rain. Very happy with the job done.

I just retired from the US Army & purchased a newly constructed home in Las Vegas. The process of purchasing a new home is very consuming, daunting, and expensive. After a bumpy start to our project due to some misunderstanding/miscommunication with out estimator (only negative thing) everything ended up as we expected. The owners and workers were top notch and corrected the issues when we pointed it out. I'll add photos later once the pool is replastered and everything is done. Thanks!

They did our yard in full turf and it looks amazing!! Kids say it feels like real grass, and our dogs are happy as can be. They got the job done earlier than we requested as well! To top things off, they quoted a price lower than other turf we didn't think was as nice. Amazing all around. Thank you Bar and team!!

Pure Turf USA did a phenomenal job! They finished our backyard renovation in just one day! Just in time for our house party the next day. All the guests loved the new look! The renovation included the turf, the rock wall, and the pathway lights (we bought the artificial plants separately). They are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!
