When we bought our new build we were shopping around like crazy for someone to do our yard. We got some really crazy quotes and told many times that our dream yard couldn’t be done. But searching around I stumbled upon Pure Turf USA. From the beginning the customer service was impeccable and never wavered throughout the entire process. They came out the next day after I called them and sent their design expert, Alon Aspler. He helped make our vision come to life. We literally drew it up and gave it to him and they made it happen. They got the entire project done is 6 days! They worked from morning until almost 5pm every night to get it done. We had expressed we had our son who was dying to be outside and they made it happen for us. We also have a dog and they assured us their turf was the best option for our needs. With any project there has to be some little tweaks here and there and every time we called for them they came out to help! I have been recommending this company and team to everyone who asks and everyone we know who is buying homes! I will definitely be using this company’s service for all my yard needs!

I just had Luis and his team from Desert Palms trim my front tree, refresh all the rock in the front and back yard, and do some cleanup and landscaping in the backyard — and everything looks amazing! The yard looks so clean and fresh now.They showed up on time, worked quickly, and paid attention to every detail. My front tree has a great shape again, and the rock looks brand new. A few months ago I thought I needed to have a section of my driveway replaced due to the fact it was sinking. So I called around and eventually set an appointment with Pure Turf and a couple of other companies to discuss the project. Once I described the project I thought I needed done, I got some great alternative ideas from Alon. I found out I could get a big part of the project paid for by SNWA, so I signed a contract and even got a couple of discounts I didn't expect. The install went great. While the original plan accounted for a problem I had anticipated, that turned out not to be the case. So we made some changes on the fly. That happened a couple of times and the crew was able to make the adjustments no problem. Once we got the project finished, my neighbors were going out of the way to tell me how great the yard looked. Everything was perfect... And then... The HOA decided the pavers were the wrong color. Pure Turf took it all in stride and swapped out the offending pavers for no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company to any one looking for a landscaping company to do a change from natural grass to artificial turf. These folks were easy to work with, communicative, and eager to make the customer happy. Would I hire this company again in the future? Absolutely. And so should anyone reading this review. I've added some pics of the original job with grey pavers throughout and with the changed color. When they did the switch, they even threw in adding some pavers around the tree.

My husband & I were shopping around for a decent quote for remodeling our backyard. That's when we met Kevin and he was AMAZING! He listened to both of us and even though we were all over the place and didn't know exactly what the plan was he helped us along the way. He was not a pushy sales guy and he listened to us both. Big Shout out for the staff at Pure Turf USA!!This review is long overdue but well deserved 👏. Pure Turf USA is excellent in providing the ultimate yard transformation. Everyone, including our dogs love this turf. It makes our yard so much cooler than the rocks we had. They installed pavers for our storage shed. They also installed decorative accent rock.We gad a few problems in the beginning and the staff was quick to fix any and all issues that happened. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Day one met with Kevin for an estimate, he provided samples of the turf and was very knowledgeable of the process and walked us through all steps. Once the HOA approved the design, Pure Turf hit the ground running and completed the job whiting two days! We did run into a small issue (our fault) however, we reached out to Kevin and he was able to take care of it at no extra cost. Definitely recommend 100%

The BEST. We are so pleased with how our side yard and added patio base and top came out.We had been trying to get this work done for some time, but got the run around with some companies. And really high bids. Some wouldn't even come out.Alon came out to do the bid, and he was very nice. Easy to talk to and informative. He gave me ideas when I asked, and wasn't pushy in the least. Pure Turf USA did an outstanding job with our backyard project that involved concrete + rock removal, soil grading, installation of turf, pavers, plants and drip lines. Kevin won the bid with his attention to detail, experienced design suggestions, high quality + warrantied turf product, fair pricing, and positive attitude. The office designers like Alex were pleasant to deal with also. The worker crew was professional, hardworking and responded surprisingly well to changes, that I caused along the way. I was amazed what they could do with their Bobcat machine and dumpsters. End results dramatically improved aesthetics and functionality. I once did a small scale DIY turf install. Had I gone the DIY route for this large yard project, there’s no way the outcome would match what was done by this crew of 4 workers for 4 full days during the summer. Highly recommend!

During the install there was some miss communication with the plan but after speaking with them they were able to correct the issue and far exceeded our expectations. Each contractor has their own pricing and approach, so it really comes down to who you feel most comfortable working with. But in general they have the most reasonable pricing. Pure Turf made our backyard dreams come true. I had gotten 3 previous quotes from all the major players in the turf business in the Valley. Our final appt came with Pure Turf. Kevin met me up the very next morning. He gave me design recommendations, showed me the quality difference of the turf, and really just made me feel at ease throughout the meeting. He beat the lowest price quite I got and even added some throw ins to make our design better! Workers came in on Monday and finished by Wednesday. Now I know EXACTLY why they have a perfect rating. After quotes from everyone in town.... It was a no brainer. Kevin was VERY patient with my changes and zero pressure. Great communication, superior turf product, and the install crew was just WOW. I was told it would take 5 days but they were done in 3 including grinding down 2 stumps that I couldn't get low enough on my own free of charge. I mean....I can't say enough. They cleaned up daily and when they were done it's like they weren't there. Deserving of 10 Stars.

I have to say after talking to about 12 artificial grass contractors, Pure Turf USA came in with ideas and provided suggestions. Kevin, our Sales Manager could have sold us the most pricey product. Instead he sold us the product that is best for us. The customer service before, during, and after from Kevin and office staff was amazing. We had supervision on site, making sure things were flowing. If there were questions, clean and clear communication between all of us to solve any issues that came up. I called Pure Turf USA for estimate to get our backyard done. From the time I spoke to them on the phone to finishing the project was a wonderful experience. Kevin was the one who showed up and talked to us and gave us an estimate. Kevin was so nice and easy to talk to. Also, he gave us an idea of pwhat we can do with our backyard and what material we can use. From the time we booked the project until it was finished, Kevin was on top of everything. He made sure the job started on time and the backyard was finished the way we wanted. His employees were hard excellent working people. Alon, the estimator, was fantastic to work with , he really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions to make my yard even better than I imagined. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy.The crew, led by Salvador, was incredible. These guys are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. They showed up on time, worked nonstop, and paid attention to every little detail to make sure everything was done perfectly. After interviewing a number of turf companies, we agreed that Pure Turf was the best option. Their representative Alon was terrific , as wasthe office staff.Now for the good part. The lawn looks amazing. We had different contours than most of our neighbors and the finished product was amazing The compliments don't stop.Awaiting the report from SNWA, regarding rebates, but expect everything to pass with flying colors

Save yourself the time and go with Pure Turf USA!We bought a new house two months ago, and the process was exhausting and lengthy. We really wanted to finish the backyard as well. We got four estimates from different companies and felt completely drained.By chance, my husband passed by a house on our street that Pure Turf was renovating, and we asked the project manager there if we could get an estimate. He passed our number to the office, and within 20 minutes, the amazing Yesenia called us and scheduled a same-day appointment.Alon came to our home, and we immediately felt comfortable with him. His honesty and professionalism exceeded our expectations.Right then, we agreed to go with him, even though his price wasn’t the lowest, but it was fair.Four days later, they started the work and finished the backyard in two days. We were truly surprised and pleased with the results, and the customer service experience was incredible.After the work was completed, I realized there were a few extra things that other companies wanted to charge me for.
